SETTING

The Marches are a paradise for all bike-tourists. Discovered by bike-tours not long ago, the Region is in no way inferior to the well known Tuscany.

From the flat coast, the land slowly climbs up to reach the pure hinterland, with its harmony of shapes and colours. The Appenines offer plenty of secondary strees, which are part of a well distributed net far from chaos and noise, without traffic but rich in interesting and stimulating itineraries. In this Region time seems stopped. Wonderful medioeval villages stand like crowns over hills surrounded by colourful fields.

Bikers receive an unexpected surprise of colours and smells at each slope, driving through panoramic itineraries near the coast but far away from mass-tourism.

Hotel Bel Sit enjoys an enchanting setting, 4 km far from the Adriatic Sea and on the first hills. This ancient convent dominates olive-trees, vineyards and cultivated fields with patchworks: a strategic starting point for new performances and challanges without losing technical time.

WEATHER

Close to the sea, cycling can be practised all year long. Wearing proper thermic clothes, bikers can train also in winter, joining this sport lovers. In summer, although high temperatures, the gentle sea breeze leads the biker towards the hinterland: 50 km far from the sea, air changes and among the mountains it is easy to forget that the season is at its pick. We will let you know the weather forecast daily. The ideal period of the year for hard training is from March to June and from September to November.

The warmest welcome is to try your bike on road as soon as you get here. If you have rented you professional bike, you would find it ready in our deposit.

BIKEGUIDE

Our polyglot guide is professional prepared and he will do his best to satisfy your requests. He deeply knows the land and after his acquaintance he will be able to make suggestions that fit you at best. Our qualified guide will give you  proper technical devices to make you feel at you ease: his competence and his experience will be preciuos during the excursions made together.

BIKES

Professional bikes of different dimensions and categories are available on demand. All of them are up-to-date models and are checked before use. Both equipment and service are warrantied.

GARAGE/DEPOSIT

Our deposit is precious for a daily routine check. Pomps are available, so as various items and spare parts can be bought in our conventionalized shop.

BIKE WASHING

A proper washing area is available for bike washing

GPS SYSTEM

Available on demand

LAUNDRY

Bike training clothes are washed by our staff without extra charges.

TRANSFERT SERVICE

Our assistance helps you in alla circumstances: accident ricovery, desease or tireness, free transfert to and from the choosen place.

INTERNET USE

Free internet point.

INFORMATION BOARD

An information board inside our deposit informs you about itineraries, excursions, assistance centres, shopping, news, weather forecast.
