The wonderful sandy Velvet-beach at Senigallia, only 4 km away, is popular and famous.
Build sand castles or play volleyball, collect mussels and starfish, jog or wander for kilometers along the beach, stretch out in the sun, wade in the knee-deep water... the iodine-rich air purifies and strengthens and helps remain young.
Our own hotel bus will drive you to our private beach, where you can use the cabins free of charge and rent deckchairs and parasols at special low prices.
The Adriatic in Senigallia has been awarded a distinction for clean water and for the hygiene of the facilities once again recently (European blue flag). The knee-deep water extending almost as far as the cliffs is ideal for small children and non-swimmers. There is also a host of public beaches with sand or pebbles.
Many beach cafes invite you to tarry in them. The promenade along the beach is partly free of cars and in the evening it turns into an auditory and visual fashion extravaganza, where many foreign hearts have surrendered to Italian charm over a “gelato“.
